WORKOUT OPTIONS:
It’s always great to shock your system and change it up every so often. Try one of my workouts:
REVERSE SPRINT TRI (a great detox workout to sweat out everything you indulged during a crazy weekend) If you can, schedule this workout around a Spin Class.

1.Start off with a 5K run (3.1 miles) on the treadmill.

2.Attend a Spinning Class of your choice at the gym, or bike 10 miles on the stationary.

3.Finish it off with a dip in the pool and swim a 1/2 mile.
Finish off with a soak in the hot tub or steam room. Be sure to stretch well and stay hydrated!
TRACK WORK
Run 4 laps at a comfortable pace (1 mile)
Run the next 4 laps where you pick up the pace with an 80% sprint along the straight stretches and recover around the turns (1 mile)
Run another 4 laps at a slightly quicker pace than your first mile, be sure to beat your 1st mile time (1 mile), Push yourself!
Optional but Highly Recommended: Spike your Heart Rate with running at least 6 sets of Stadiums Stairs
PYRAMID ABS
Do the following Consecutively...
20 crunches with feet on ground, legs slightly bent
20 crunches with legs in tabletop position
20 crunches with legs pointed straight up in the air (keep them as straight as possible)
20 crunches with legs in tabletop position
20 bicycle crunches (20 each side)
20 crunches with feet on ground, legs slightly bent
50 flutter kicks
